Baywest Mall milking poor Employees over Parking

<p>It has been a week now since i shared my story but i haven't heard a word from anyone from Baywest Mall soi have decided to share it again</p> <p>I would like to report an incident that happened between me and Baywest Operations Manager over parking.</p> <p>I am an Employee at one of the stores in the mall and based at baywest but I also work in other stores around PE so I own a parking card. I haven't used my card for two months due to the fact that I was not working at baywest and on 5 Monday 2017 I paid R200 for the month as I usually do and the card did not want to work so I reported and I was told to comeback the next day. I went back the next day and I was told they are busy with it and they will bring the card to me but that did not happen so later after work at 19:00 I went back to enquire and I was told I Owe R400.</p> <p>I asked them how come I owe that amount and I haven't used the card and I have already paid for this current month and they referred me to the manger so I made an appointment for Wednesday. I had a meeting with Andre The Operations manager and he rudely told me to pay their money that I owe and when I asked questions as to how come I owe for parking that I didn't use and my understanding was that you pay your card then use it if not paid then it will be blocked but he said I should know that is how it works and we had an agreement.</p> <p>I asked for the terms and conditions and the written agreement that we suppose to have and he cased me out of his office and the more I questioned him he threatened to call security to kick me out if I don't leave and that I can park outside but be warned he is going to tow my vehicle. I have a full recording of the whole incident.</p> <p>The matter is still not resolved and I have reported to my manager as well, my Manager also tried to speak yo him but he does not want to hear a word meanwhile I have to pay R20 everyday for parking and he just couldn't careless.</p> <p>As an employee in this mall I feel like the management does not care about us the only thing they care about is making money out of us over parking, they don't even care that we get paid so little money and use a lot over petrol and they still want to milk us.</p> <p>I would appreciate if I can get your help in order to resolve this matter since I have tried and Failed. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
