Baywest Gadget Candy ****

BAYWEST Gadget Candy branch in PE: I know Gadget Candy is not technically Baywest Mall, but I feel I have to write this review under Baywest as well, as I have been absolutely ****med in their mall, which is supposed to be a place where one can conduct secure and fair business. I went into the Gadget Candy store looking for a phone cover, the man behind the counter asked to see my phone. Then, WITHOUT asking my permission, he just put the screen protector on. He then insistently tried to **** me into buying a cheap back cover for R450. Even after refusing multiple times he still rudely kept on interrupting me by lowering the price constantly (eventually to R150). He then gave up on trying to **** me into buying the low quality back cover, and then said I must pay R450 for the screen protector. That's right R450 for a screen protector that I saw on TakeAlot for R60!!!!!!!!!! At this stage the cheap screen protector was already on my brand new phone, and I was worried it would damage my phone if we pulled it off, so I had no choice but to pay this ************ parading as a store clerk. I am absolutely livid, because not only did this person basically rob me of R250+, the screen protector is not even on properly. Do not take your phone to these people - they are clearly trained in ******** their customers, especially if the customer is a decent person. I feel I have been ****** in a mall where I usually have positive experiences, and I truly think Baywest should not allow ************ like these to do business in their mall.
