Bad service at clicks baywest Mall

I bought a pot on the 15th of August on promotion and it stopped working so I took it back to get a refund but the supervisor and manager refused to give me my money back they told me I can't get a refund because I bought the things on promo (I had my till slip) so they suggested that I return everything then they'll price override everything to 40% and I told them I'm not gonna go all the way home to bring a Toaster, Snackwich maker, foot spa and a wok just to make a refund. The manager said she'll look for another pot then from another store and she'll call me back in 7 days, yesterday I took my airtime and called them (clicks baywest Mall) to ask if she got the pot she told me she's only gonna start looking for it (7 days later) all this time she didn't look for the pot, she then called me after an hour to tell me she got it in Jeffrey's bay it'll be in their store today. I went to clicks baywest Mall only to be told that she didn't go or the pot wasn't sent to them I should come and check again tomorrow. I'm not happy with their service and as a customer service assistant from one of South Africa's retail stores this service is not it, having to go up and down waiting for a full week only to find that nothing was done by the store manager.
