Hein Strauss from Baywest Kitchens

Hein Strauss from baywest kitchens and cupboards took a deposit from me in November 2014 and to date is yet to start the job. After numerous excuses from Hein as to why cannot complete the job, and several attempts to retrieve the money I would now like to take legal action but do not have his Physical address or his car registration.
