Poor service

I went into the store and asked for a few typed pages and Justine assisted me upon which she said the store is too busy and they are only 2 people on duty. She said I could come back the following day to collect and I even confirmed upon leaving that it would not be more than R100. She didn't explain that borders were extra at R25 a page. I sent my husband to collect and not knowing he paid over R400 for the PRINTS.AND she didn't even print all the ones I asked for. I called them to rectify the issue as Justine blatantly **** and said she told me the price, as if I a STUDENT would even afford that.i even have the receipt that didn't indicate a price due to a verbal agreement. after almost 2 weeks in still waiting for the owner to call me. Service is really disgusting and such a dispointment as I always go to this store.
