Worse service ever.

<p>If I could give a minus star I would do that. I have order swimwear from Baywatch Swimwear on 6 Desember 2016. There policy stipalated delivery between 10-12 days. I have not received my items yet and followed up on my order because the order pass there policy delivery date. Items on the web shows stock of all items. My account was put on hold because there is apparently no stock and they waiting for stock. Because I have waited so long I have phone Baywatch swimwear every day and spoke to Shaun, apparently the manager. He said he is waiting customs. Why they show stock of the items will only they know and is false advertising. I ask Shaun if I can order something else because I need it now urgently because they did not deliver. He said yes and I gave him 4 more items witch he then look every time on the system according to him and all 4 items he said he has stock off witch will be send to me the following day. This is now again 7 days later and every day I phone Shaun he keeps on saying it will be send the following day. It is now 22 Desember and I did not received any items yet. I have ask now for my money back, they could not deliver as promise. Why they make promises they can not keep is very bad customers service and the worse I ever come buy with so much lying. </p>
