Baywatch Swimwear- BE WARNED.

<p>I ordered 3 swimsuites from Baywatch Swimwear on the 23rd of September, and made full payment on the 26th of September. I was promised that I will receive these goods within two weeks. It is now the 16th of November. I have been in contact with them almost every week and get one excuse after another. I was promise yet again that thye will deliver this week and they will send me the tracking number etc etc. I was phoned this morning and they promised i will get my delivery this afternoon latest. (surprise surprise) I have insisted on a full refund last week as i was once again **** to. They said they cant give me a refund as it is customed made for me and that i have an "odd" size. Thye will only consider giving me my money back if they can sell the same sizes again. When i told them i will report the matter to Hello Peter and the CPA, they told me in a message they dont care. (I kept all the messages, mails and started recording the conversations last week) They have now ignored all my messages. I have asked my lawyer to handle the matter and also notified them of my attend. I will also make a case at the SAPS tomorrow.
