Bad service, unsatisfactory product!!

<p>I purchased 2 bikinis online on the 11th of November 2016. After numerous phone calls and follow ups I received only 1 of the items during the first week of December. I was told that they would follow up on the missing item and it would be couriered to me to East London where we are currently on holiday. Well I am still waiting on confirmation that the item has been located. Subsequently on the first day wearing the bikini I did receive, the plastic clasp broke. The quality of this product is definitely inferior to what is advertised on their website. You are requested to indicate your bra size and bottom size but again this is not what you get. My item has one size only for both bra and bottom. After numerous phone calls on a daily basis I am unable to talk to anyone to get this sorted. The phone either rings or is engaged. I am very disappointed in the service and product offering!!!!</p>
