Service from R400 is now over R5000

I’m not an unfair person, I have been taking my vehicle to Baywash at New Market mall Alberton for 5 months nearly every weekend.

I have just paid R400 for a service that is going to cost me additional R5000 plus because the people decide on their own to dig in the top compartment and decide to throw away all my company slips but leave the sweet papers behind. Yet, I will now be responsible for the payments.
