Bayview Library- or a Talking lounge

been to bayview library for the past couple days as one would know the library as a place of quietness , however it was ridiculous as it was absolutely noisy , staff was congregating among st each other loudly .Then when people come in the staff and them have a merry ol conversation LOUDLY. and everyone could hear everything they spoke about .Also when patrons were being noisy as they dint care coz if the staff cant do it why cant they right ! no one bothered to quieten them down . It was very annoying as the library is the place one goes to to think so to say . need to see for another place who keeps to there word.
