Terrible Service

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this service and would not recommend it. I haven’t received my order in a month, even though it was supposed to arrive a week after I purchased it. There has been zero communication regarding my order. If you’re unable to deliver my item on time, I would greatly appreciate being informed instead of having ME constantly follow up on it! Please provide updates to your customers. I’ve asked for a refund and they’ve ignored me, I’ve concluded that I have been ****med.
