Not receiving my order at Baytriage

I ordered 2 sneakers, but only received 1 asked them about the other one but they said the did send it. Tried my best to track it with no luck. Placed my order on the 4th December 2024. Sopeke to them about this matter but I'm not getting a straight answer. This is frustrating. I'm asking for my refund they also not answering on that.
