No after sale service

Had a radio with build in GPS with lifetime map support guaranteed installed less than a year ago. Paid cash for this radio and installation. They had cut my numberplates in an absolutely pathetic way to make space for the reverse camera, damaging it badly. This month we left for Botswana, the GPS and radio went faulty. We had to remove the radio and found that the GPS antenna wire was pulled out, they have never *****ed the cable in as it was supposed to be, and the radio was glued with a glue gun instead of using the brackets that was supp**** with the radio Went back to them when we got to SA, they told us the maps are no longer supported, and they will have to see what they can do. Also told us this radio is older than 3 years and had a stinking rude attitude toward us!!! We were told they cannot find this radio on their system (so apparently their worker stole from them when we paid cash for this radio and was not registered on their system!) We left the radio by them, 2 days later we went to get the radio back and had to pay R300 for the "new gps"program while this radio is still under guarantee. The Gps still not working!!! Also have to wait hours to be helped, they are jumping between jobs and not finishing 1 job at a time Will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Bad installation, damaged our number plate, and no after sale support and rude attitudes!!!
