Installer refused to inspect defective floor and blocked communication

Bay Tiling installed a glued herringbone vinyl floor in my house. Shortly after installation one of the planks started lifting and buckling.

When I contacted the installer to inspect the problem, I was told to find someone else to fix it. Shortly afterwards I was blocked on WhatsApp and could no longer communicate with him.

This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When a customer reports an installation problem, the least that should happen is an inspection or attempt to resolve the issue.
