Terrible service Stay Away

First time shopping online with them. Terrible experience.

They put my wrong address on the package because their staff felt I gave the wrong address. Did not take responsibility for the error on their side. I ended up going to another suburb to collect my order as Imaan Khan the owner threatened me by saying if the parcel got returned to them I should pay the courier costs to have it delivered back to me. She is very Rude.

Abaya is mediocre Pictures of abayas on Instagram are edited to look better then actual abaya Service is pathetic. Stay away there are many other abaya places to shop at that give incredible service and are honest about their business dealings.

Before purchasing Imaan replies quick to messages. After paying for purchases messages are ignored. Imaan does not take responsibility for her and staff’s mistakes. Imaan Khan has a policy of no return no exchanges which is against the CPA Act.
