Terrible attitude of head waitress Carmen

I am here at moment . I ordered a toasted ham cheese and tomato and cappuccino at 1130am . I got the cappuccino quickly but waited for my toasty ! No waiters to be seen . I eventually went inside to find a waitress to find out where my toasty is and I wanted to order for my family as they had just arrived . She was what I would call rude . When I asked where my food was as 25 minutes had passed . She rudely said it will come when it’s ready. I asked her name and told her I would write a review . She could not care a dam. The owner should fire 🔥 this type of person asap as she damages the business . The food was excellent when it arrived .
