Bayside Lodge 108 full of ****roaches

I booked 4 nights at Bayside Lodge 108 in Durban in June 2019 & I was shocked to find a room full of ****roaches and the room was not 100% clean. I complained to the receptionist and it seemed like she knew about the ****roaches issue and I had to ask for a Doom spray to **** the ****roaches. One can of doom spray was not enough and ****roaches were everywhere,microwave,mini fridge,bed and toilet. We couldn’t eat the food or even make coffee because the ****roaches were unmanageable and I had to ask for a second can of doom spray. Surely the hotel know about the issue and doing nothing about it because they are not taking their clients seriously.While I was busy dooming the ****roaches my neighbors from the other room were going through the same issue of the ****roaches. I have booked in Bayside Lodge 100 in 2018 and didn’t experience the ****roaches issue I experienced in Bayside Lodge 108. I will not book in that lodge again because if they valued their clients they could have fumigated the rooms but clearly they are interested in making money than looking after their clients.
