Wrong quotations, no communication

I am not really happy with the service we are getting from BaySide Hotel after intending to send our stuff. the lady we spoke to Mandisa Khosa.she has been sending us wrong quotations and we paid the deposit she doesnt even send an acknowledgment feedback that she received our payment we have to follow her for days asking if she got a proof of payment.the service we getting from BAYSIDE. she gave us a quotes with wrong dates since and when we spoke to her on the phone she doesnt take responsibility of her actions and doesnt feel she is wrong
