Bad service

Am having a bad stay at 110 bayside hotel in Durban the rooms are hot with no windows the pictures that i saw it wasn't the same as the rooms we got the TV is not working no dish cloth the bathroom doesn't have a window and its very hot am not happy with the beds their phones are not working i had to use my airtime to call the receptionist and also to order food the lady that they allocated us to clean she's always grumpy we dont know why I've never experienced this in bayside its my first time coz I've been booking with bayside for to long i always book in number 100 the staff there are always happy doing costumer service. family rooms 👎you must improve we need windows by the Toilet please ana a new Tap is needed in basin
