Warrant of Arrest due to unpaid loan, is it Possible, please advise

I need to know from Hello Peter if can Bayporrt call me an threaten me that they are sending the Sherrif with a aWarrant of Arrest for a loan which is more than 10years and i couldnt contnue to pay coz i was unemployed
