Unhappy customer

I pay all upfront fees which is legalization fee, Cost of transfer fee and Insurance fee as per our agreement that they will deposit cash. Instead of depositing cash they send the bank card saying my account did bounce without consulting me and I have to pay the card activation fee which I did. They came back and say I short with more than 2 grand. Only to find the CEO version and front desk version differ as the lady says my account did bounce while the CEO says the network was too slow. They didn't stick to our initial agreement of deposit cash. I won't recommended anyone to them. I ask them to cancel my application since then I haven't heard from them. Their excuse is always about loadshedding.
