Proof of payment arrangement

I am deeply disappointed on how Bayport financial services handles their clients matter, consultants are not willing to help because i owe them monies which i could not pay for months because of unemployment,so now i want to made payment arrangement telephonically since there is no operational branch in Bloemfontein...how can i be so sure with our arrangement if there is there is proof like sms or email confirming our arrangement. They need to fix that for future reference as i need it now
