Paid up account.

I had s loan with bayport a few years ago and it's paid up since 2020. Recently bayport added the same loan on my credit bureau and now my score has gone down drastically. I am in the process of purchasing property and because of this I am unable to get the homeloan. I am frustrated because of this and need it removed ASAP
