Debit order Refund

I owe loan of which I was unable to pay because I was not working, 2 months back someone came to my house (TRACER) to check if i will be able to pay i said yes since been working for 3 months now. Agreement was made to start my 1st debit end of Jan . Come to my suprise end of november money was taken.I called them to refund my money since we made an agreement, got the money.Now again in dec same amount taken and now I am not getting help i have been calling and sending emails but no response.I need my money back by friday as this money is meant to buy stationery for my son.It is such an inconvinience and painful as I am using my airtime to call.
