bad dishonest service

Bayport has failed to help me with my consolidated loan, they claim that they have settled a portion of it but they did not, yet they are still debiting their monthly installment from my payslip. I have came forward with this issue so many times with no help, from January till present Lerato Mokgobane is the one who I have been liaising this matter with but she is not assisting me at all and refuses when I ask to speak to a senior. This was my last resort I hope my problem gets settled
