BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE BY OWNER

In December they had a special offer Bifocal glasses including eye test and frame R750.00 . i paid R500.00 extra for frames of my choice. January they called and said glasses were ready, end January I did EFT and collected glasses, while wearing glasses in sun I released one lens was tinted, returned them was quoted R200.00 to have other lens tinted, 3 days later owner called me and said it would cost R450.00 as its a special film, i refused and said i'd just take what i ordered. 2 weeks later I collected again, only to find they were plain reading glasses now, owner said that's what i had ordered, after returning with glasses and proof of payment he again took measurements and said it would be corrected on 13th March I went to collect after been called and again they glasses are not correct, when I held it up there were two patches on each lens I put glasses on and it felt like i was seeing squint, I couldn't even read the paper the receptionist had on her desk. this is now 3rd time!!! I sent him a message and asked for REFUND he said he can't give me refund but yet i still don't have what I paid for. Clearly will NOT recommend his services
