Very bad service

I used Bayley when coming from the UK to SA and now am moving back home gave them the opportunity of quoting me. They were very quick to have an agent call to come and quote but compared to 2 other companies they quoted an extra 4/5 cubic metres more than them which is a lot of volume. I was promised the quote within the next day or so and a week later I called to chase up. They were the most expensive. I tried calling the lady who came to quote about 5 times - at the office and on her mobile and my call was never returned. I decided then to give them the business for my shipping but would ask them to quote for air freight which they did and they came out the cheapest. It wasnt easy trying to find out who would be dealing withe me but eventually I had a contact. This was about 2 or 3 months ago. Only now 6+ weeks before I am flying out did the original lady contact me via email to mention that time is short to arrange shipping. I emailed back to say that i was using a diff company but would you use them for airfrieght and could she please confirm what was previously agreed. That was 4 or so days ago - hence have now decided not to use them at all.
