SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. MISSING VALUABLES.

What a shocking experience! To begin with, they under-estimated the volume by SIX cubic metres. We were only told after our goods had been packed and were already in their warehouse that they would not fit into the container. Our choice was to either pay a lot more than the original quote, or to remove numerous items. We landed up removing our large appliances and other items and replacing them overseas, at HUGE cost. They are supposedly the professionals. Surely they should have been able to estimate and quote accurately? But that was only the beginning of the problems. Upon delivery, numerous items, of great financial and sentimental value, were missing. When approached, initially they seemed very concerned about the missing items and did all sorts of investigations. They eventually agreed and admitted that they think their staff were responsible and had taken the items, but THEY REFUSE TO COMPENSATE, because I only took out insurance against total loss, not theft. They will not accept any liability! I was not expecting THEM to take my valuable possessions! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Emigration on its own is stressful enough without having to deal with major financial loss, as well as the loss of a priceless family heirloom, caused by the very people to whom you entrusted your goods.
