Pathetic, unprofessional service - they should be embarrassed!

I have never experienced such ********** service from a company in my entire life! After emigrating from Cape Town to Sydney, there has been issue after issue with this unprofessional, useless organisation. It is incredible that they are still in business after treating clients in such a manner. They should be embarrassed at how they deal with their clients. As a company who is supposed to be an expert in what they do, its surprising that they are still on the map!
