I had the worst experience with them they came to my house to pack my goods as it was leaving for Cape town and one of the guys that guys for them stole my husbands dimond bracelet . I only saw the next morning and I called then even when to there office spoke to the boss he said he was going to get back to me as they were going to question the to guys and up till today I haven't heard anything, I called and send emails and I was told there is nothing they can do about it and I didn't take out insurance with the company I'm still very angry about it
