0 Values, 0 Moral ethics and not worth the paper of their contract.

This company was tasked to pack up certain items pointed out to them, and ship them over to New Zealand. Not only did they not pack what was pointed out to them, they overused packing materials to such an extent that they packed 6cbm more than originally quoted. They only notified us 2 weeks after packing as well, and then held the shipment hostage until we paid their adjusted fee. The packers walked off with several items, and when we confronted them they turned out to be utterly rude, unhelpful and aggressive. They have 0 moral ethics, and even after taking them to the CPA we were accused of lying about the packing material, the ****** items were never addressed, and they refused to negotiate at all. Overall, if I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Low values, no morals and utterly unprofessional and have very limited experience. Not recommended at all.
