Disappointing quality of food and service.
I ordered 2 quarter Mutton bunnies from Bayleaf in Raslouw as a takeaway and when I arrived st home and opened the packaging, I was shocked to see the poor presentation and quality of food that was given to me. I have always enjoyed the food from Bayleaf in the past and I drove all the way from Irene to Raslouw just to get the food because I normally enjoy it so much but upon this occasion I was utterly disappointed. I sent a whatsapp to the number provided but nobody has rep**** to even apologize for the poor service. I am quiet certain that they will lose customers because of the deteriorating service.

10 Jan 2025, 11:05These people don't even have the decency do to a follow up call. Your level of client service is pathetic. Show concern for clients dissatisfaction. People who have complained and still visit your restaurant don't have standards. I will never return to your restaurant.
