Insulting

I ordered the zesty avo on toast. I received unripe sliced avo on toast. Nothing zesty about it!!! I complained and told the waitress to bring me plain toast. She brought back the same toast with the same avo with grated lemon zest all over it. At this point the toast was ice cold. I obviously didn't eat it. As if I wasn't insulted enough I still got charged for it!
