Lack of Stock Climara 50 x 4

My wife has to use a hormonal patch Climara 50 and according to my pharmacy Taurus Pharmacy, there is no stock. My GP has advised me each day my wife cannot have apatch on it has a severely detrimental effect on her.

What is the delay in supply Bayer?
