Faulty Mirena

Good day. I bought the Mirena at Clicks. Went to the doctor and experienced so much pain while the dr tried to insert the Mirena. The Mirena is faulty. After a 1 hour dr's appointment I now have to return to the docter and pay for another consultation. Consultation fee is R1091 which I now have to pay twice. The Mirena is being replaced but I have this huge bill to pay due to a faulty Mirena and had to suffer physical pain!
