Insect eggs in Berocca

so I bought a tube of Berocca which had what looks like insect eggs in the tube.

when I contacted Bayer the expect me to do as follows,

Please take the unit to the Pharmacy that you received the stock from, for a credit/replacement. (ie. Product Quality Complaint – Foreign Matter). Please ask the Pharmacist to contact Bayer on the following e-mail address: *** so that we can facilitate a credit for the Pharmacy. You are welcome to print this email and take it along to the pharmacy as proof of our communication.

As soon as we have the details from our courier that it has been logged, we can issue a reference number from our side, to our courier, for the credit to be passed. (PS: Please note the wholesaler must send the information through to our courier).

when I go to click they refuse and say without a slip not interested, (who keeps a vitamin purchase receipt) so Bayer has bad product and I am expected to run around, easier just to change vitamin company and never buy Bayer products again.

Bayer you just lost a client, you lack of proactive action is astounding
