Bad service from Bayclear

So on the 25th of May 2021 i contacted a company by the name of Bayclear financial services. they have promised that they will provide a loan and the guy I spoke to Tshekiso said my application has been approved. he then sent a link for me to confirm a debit order mandate. which I did. the last communication we had was that Dorothy was to confirm employment and he also provided an email address. I kept on calling waiting for confirmation of employment and he ignored all my calls. I then asked if it has been approved and i need a time frame. which he said yes it is approved. after four days i get an email (which I made numerous requests) ti got a one line response saying my loan is not approved. i then asked Tshekiso why he **** about the approval, he ignored me and then told me to do as i see fit. I am beyond disgusted by the service.
