Bay Union Sucks

I was held at armed ******* in December and had my phone ******. Bay Union then appointed an assessor from Sedgwick. Sedgwick was most UNprofessional, delayed the report and had no consideration for the client. Bay Union, was 100 X worst. Yolande, has no inclination how to keep a customer informed, she never replies to questions, her attitude work better in the back office. A week after the assessor report i am still awaiting payment from Bay Union. After 7yrs with them i cant wait to leave and i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST FRIEND. They should be called Bay Dis Union.
