No ray of sunshine at this Lodge!!!

<p>I recently booked our Project Manager in at Bay Sun Lodge after being advised by the "Caretaker" that it is a very quiet and professionally run establishment with strict rules to noise ect. My Project Manager complained the first evening already as they could not get any sleep due to all the noise. They were told that the noisy tenants got a written and final warning. The following evening he arrived at his unit where he was greeted with the stench of urine as some of the tenants urinated at his door. On the same day he once again got more than he bargained for as some tenants were having intercourse on the stairs infront of his unit. He was told that it was taken care of and further action was taken against said tenants. Numerous complaints followed after this incident with regards to noise until morning hours. He went as far as to invite Security for coffee in the morning hours so they can hear what it sounds like from his unit. Absolutely nothing was done regarding his complaints, it's easy to say that the tenants were given a warning but if you have tenants there for short stays and they are of the same callibre then what will it lead to? By the time they are on their final warning they check out anyway. I spoke to the "Caretaker" myself and could hardly get a word in as she just overpowers you with excuses and a rotten attitude. I advised her that we are not willing to stay there any longer and will evacuate immediately. I requested to give no notice due to the fact that the accommodation was advertised on false pretenses. I also offered to pay pro rata for his stay in May but requested that the balance of the rent already paid be reimbursed. I was told the owner of bay Sun Lodge will contact me. My Project Manager had no choice but to evacuate that same day due to wheel spinning in the complex. I have since then not received one phone call or any feedback regarding our evacuation, money owed to us or even the complaints. She simply just ignores it. The service and proffesionalism that you would expect from someone that deals with Corporate Companies and respected Businesses and their employees is about as scarce as a good nights sleep at this establishment. I will never recommend it to anyone and will advise to stay away!!!</p>
