SHOE DESTROYER

I feel i need to air this as it must be the worst customer experience in my life. I took in a pr of very expensive designer stiletto heel shoes to a local shoe repair shop to get the straps glued as they had worked loose. The shoes had a mixture of leather and fabric on them. When i got them back it looked like the heels had, had glue peeled off tearing the casing in several places. I asked him to repair it and he took a paintbrush with some liquid and just painted over them. Two weeks later the material on the shoes started disintegrating. I took these to 3 other shoe repair people for advise and all of them told me that something like thinners had caused this. When I went back to shop to see if we could sort this, nobody could tell me who the owner was and all i got was denial and deflection and absolutely no responsibility.. PICKS FROM BEFORE , ON PICK UP AND TWO WEEKS LATER 🤬
