********* and Poor Customer Service.

I experienced the worst customer care from an Agent that goes by the Name of NICOLE BOLLMAN. She works at Remax Panache in Broadway Durban North. She was disrespectful dishonest and rude! The thing that upset me the most, was the poor manner in which Nicole addressed me and conducted this whole sale.

There were times when she continuously spoke over me when I was trying to convey my terms in my offer, totally forgetting that I am a client. She spoke down to me with a condescending tone, stating that another offer was accepted because occupational interest was included and a tenant had been signed for R8000 on a 12-month lease, which she later corrected as R7800 in my offer . This was a blatant lie on her behalf, as the other offer was taking early occupation of the flat; therefore, a lease was not signed and the offer came in after my offer was already considered by the owner. This was the first instance of her ********* and dishonest behaviour and I will be taking this matter to the EAAB .

Nicole manipulated clauses in the OTP to suit her own needs and decided to sell to my family member to satisfy her own interest, whether it be financial gains or just purely led by emotion, it will be at the EAAB’s discretion to decide. I lost the sale because I disagreed with purchasing the property with a tenant and yet ironically, she sold it with no tenant. In legal terms, this is bias behaviour and grounds for breach of contract.

I am a Property Investor and I have dealt with a lot of agents and agencies. I strongly advise any further customers to stay away from this Remax Branch and this agent Nicole Bollman.
