They want to take my property and money aswell.. Why were they appointed if they are not capable of doing their job

Bully, greedy and arrogant. I put my house on the market under my roof/easy sell. Remax was appointed as an estate agent. They started with the process and lawyers were appointed. They were so quite to take their portion and the remainder was not paid into my account. They told me they want the house keys and I asked them how instead they said I must follow up with the bank as to why I did not get my money back or else pay rent on the property. Remax are just crocks
