ReMax Sunningdale Cape Town. Disappointing service experienced...

Quite disappointed with the service received. ReMax advertised a unit on the 6th December 2021. Immediately rep**** and asked to view the unit. After many follow up calls and messages we eventually only got to see the place on the 20th. We put in our application on the same day. After 3 days of following up, we get told that the unit is now only available the 15th January. I understand that sometimes things are outside of your control, but at least communicate with your customers. This is in Sunningdale Cape Town
