Re/Max Rustenburg - Pathetic

Re/Max Rustenburg is absolutely Pathetic. I do not understand why people let them manage their homes. honestly.

We had to pay additional costs due to their lack of admin or involvement. Every time the issue is raised, they are quick to say," I did not work in this...." Complaints lodged to the head office has never been addressed

They lack communication, Accountability, or the ability to solve an issue. They are only quick to ask for money and leave the issues unaddressed. I truly wish that the owners of properties could do their homework. Remax is absolutely a disgrace.
