Lost for words with Principla of Remax Fochville

So i am an Investor and had Remax Fochville manage my Rental, all was well for couple of years until the Remax agent (Marsha) asked if i want to sell as they have a Buyer. I agreed and we signed OTP, i was not getting any feedback whatsoever so i called Marsha who informed me that Anrie Roeland was handling the transaction. I called her obviously tell her how i am not satisfied with the services ever since i signed OTP. little did i know that she is the daughter of Willie Roeland the Principal and share holder at Roeland and Booysen Transfering attorneys,... my goodness the principal called me screaming that i am harassing her agent, i should send email to him he will respond. He went on and on with his Afrikaans shouting and yelling like a toodler who lost a toy. He even reminded me that he paid Municipality on my behalf, like a whole lot of things out of anger. I finally was able to speak and told him that her agent never even called once to thank me for business, or update me. I am an investor and have few properties in town... I am so disgusted by his behaviour, i later realised he is the father of the agent and apparently daddy's little girl is always protected. Willie made my whole experience is painful and terrible. I tried complaining to Remax head office but never heard from them ever since they promised to contact me. I will never use Remax again in the future, this Principal thinks her daughter has the right to earn commission without even lifting a finger.
