Lack of customer service

Lynne Longworth of Remax Noordhoek originally did a fairly good job selling my property in Fish Hoek - unfortunately after the contract with the purchaser was signed she refused any further involvement. She made a couple of mistakes having the proper documentation signed by both parties - resulting in extra cost and delay in transfer - for me the seller - but neither she nor nor her boss accepted any responsibility. My variouys E-Mails went unanswerd. Just bad customer service .
