Don't ever rental from Bay Remax

Disgusting Services Been a loyal tenant for 5 years Never did i miss a rental or pay late Moved out 15th December 2018 did final inspection 20th December 2018 and been trying to get my full Deposit back They even made me pay a service fee every month aswell as the owner Now I have to resort to legal aid and small claims court to recover my full deposit with interest Luckily for me i made notes aswell as took photos of my ingoing and out going inspection so my side is covered
