Do not recommend ReMax!!

The worst property agency. I made the biggest mistake by letting ReMax manage and lease my property.

ReMax only ever contacted me with regard to payments. They did not ever do a property inspection. They had not taken pictures of the property when the tenant moved in, nor provided any details back to me, as was agreed. I had to call and follow up on my own property for payments and inspections. When I brought this to their attention and asked for escalation, they then assured me a inspection will be done and pictures will be taken. They then gave me just a template paper that just had ticks. When asked for a proper inspection and pictures they could not provide it and rather chose to ignore me. This went on for months. When I finally decided to cancel and not renew the management with them, they had the audacity to tell me I have to inform them in advanced, when they did not manage my property or provide any of their contractual obligations additionally, they tell me they returned 3 months fees back from the 6 months they were not even aware that no one was looking after the property.- I asked for proof of this 3 months they returned, to which they could not provide.

DO NOT USE. YOU ARE LITERALLY BETTER OFF MANAGING THE PROPERTY ON YOUR OWN!
