Complaint - pathetic service

I am totally & utterly disgusted in the Remax Executive Groups Rental Management process - for the last 4 months I have had to beg them to collect my electricity payment from my tenant! They are very quick to deduct their Management fee on payment of the rent but have short paid me every month! I then have to wait at least a week to receive the payment. What a shocking experience! Can't believe Remax who is meant to be one of the top Estate Agencies in SA is so pathetically useless!!!!
