Agent from Hell!

Remax (Advantage) is a very incomplete agency. The communication is extremely horrible. The agent (named Lucia) has no sense of urgency nor cares for clients. I moved into a bachelor unit and agreed on their terms only to find out later in the year from maintenance man that my geyser is connected to other units (3 others). I’ve requested readings on my electricity and geyser as they were are split. I’ve forfeited my deposit due to high rates of electricity billing. Since I have moved out, she has not bothered to clarify anything.No inspections are done. I provide proof of all existing issues as I moved in after all that was requested and payments made withou hesitation. The agent and agency continuously ignore queries and sees no issue with that. No ones takes accountability for any mishaps and miscommunication nor take steps to resolve problems for clients . I would not recommend this particular agency as a reliable one especially to young professionals starting by renting.
